Welcome to PC Events, Inc., A catering service with an excellent reputation for Complete Customer Satisfaction. Since 1990 our goal has been to provide quality food and prompt professional service for every customer and event. We feel that a catered event cannot be completely successful without the care and dedication that PC Events, Inc.'s staff provides.

This menu is designed to allow you an easy understanding of our services. There are no hidden charges or costs that other companies might surprise you with at the completion of your catering event.

PC Events, Inc. provides services at no additional charge that will add that special touch to your catering event. They include china, servers#, service, set up and tear down of your buffet line, linens and skirting in addition to mirror displays and decorative fabrics for the buffet line and colored linens for decorating your food presentations. Our staff provides the best service, food quality, as well as the most beautiful food presentations you will ever see!

PC Events, Inc. Policies

A non-refundable deposit and signed contract is required to secure the date of the function.
Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, checks or cash are welcome.
Final menu and contract adjustments are 3 weeks prior to event.
Final guest count is due 3 weeks prior to event unless arrangements are made.
Final guaranteed guest count 1 week prior to event date.
Free delivery with food orders exceeding $1000.00. (depending on location)
Non-refundable partial payment estimated at 25% due 100 days prior to event.
Non-refundable partial payment estimated at 25% due 60 days prior to event.
Final payment is due 3 weeks prior to event.
Minimum required number of guests or quantities on certain food items.
# Servers included on regular dinner buffet only, not included on sit down dinners. 1 server per $1000.00 food cost up to 5 hours of service.
Additional fees apply for sit down dinners only.
Holiday rates may apply.
Events past 11:00pm result in time and a half per server.
Clients must inform PC Events, Inc. of facility table sizes.
There may be an added charge for moving of tables and chairs at any facility.
A 18% gratuity charge on all orders.
Caterers fee, if any, will be added to contract.
PC Events, Inc. can only hold dates for 48 hours without a deposit or signed contract.
